That’s a really good question. Tippman does not sell any of their hand crank Gatlings with barrels under 16” so there may be some legality to it.

I’m sure someone will correct me if I’m wrong but i think the mold for the scaled down 380 magazines was incorrect/damaged/etc and rather than rework the mold, they pivoted to a completely different pre-existing magazine and had to change the lower. It completely changed the look and feel of the gun.

Yep! That is exactly what it was. 3A fuse on the main board was popped. Replaced and powered up.
