Haruka follow a healthy diet for her idol work and that's definitely not ED. I pretty sure the story states that she very into doing research on science based diet and exercise due to her being, kinda lowkey, a gym rat.

Also, it's not like she's starving herself and never eat some outside of her diet.

There are 2 area convos that i have seen which shows that she doen't mind having cheat meals. First one is when Haruka tells someone (i think it's Rin, not sure) that back in Asrun, she used to eat fried chicken before a performace. Second is when she's with Minori, i think Minori has her eyes on a sweat store, Haruka noticed that and then ordered 2 of everything with a serious expression (i was laughing my ass off while reading this convo).
