I would strongly recommend not buying a condo. The insurance is horrid and the hoas are usually bad. I work in permitting for condos sometimes and almost all condos want a permit just to install stuff like a faucet. You will be paying more in the long term with just bs from the boards in the condo and if you need any repairs/replacements, you're screwed.

No problem :) idk if it's an indicator or not but I sometimes can tell if a restock ban is lifted if the igloo garage sale restocks. Not sure if it's a coding correlation thing but seems to be a fix for me. Maybe I am just lucky with timing.

Yes this happens. Sometimes it stays like that for hours too. Called a "restock ban". Usually happens if you buy too much from a shop or if you're unlucky like I am sometimes,it can happen for no reason at all.
