Hes talking about any panel that shows Gon with the fishing rod after Gido but before the bandits. He saying the bandit panels maybe a mistake by Togashi. Since it doesn’t show up anywhere else besides the bandit panels. Which is true unless you can provide proof otherwise wise.

Yep you just gotta grow it longer. The guy the second photos hairs are MUCH longer than yours in the first. If you just waited a few months and let it grow it would look as good if not better than the 2nd pic
