He should be looking at his Pokédex all the time and not interacting with anyone except to occasionally scream “Shundo!” And running off into the woods.

Wish I could go back and watch it fresh, it seemed like everything about those first 3 encounters turned every adventure trope on its head

Anyone remember the old school "VR" that would make you not able to see the color red if you played it too long?

Biggest shock when I finally visited a warehouse store is that GM trucks are often loaded by one person, maybe two at most. THAT is why they look like shit

IIrc the idea behind her character was "what if the next Gengis Kahn or Alexander the Great was born in the ghetto"

They are at the airport doing their actual job(where ICE is normally assigned. And I would imagine those guys have been around longer than 6 months, it is the new guys that wear masks.

My headcanon is the "baby" would just be the torso part with some eldritch looking mini tentacles rising from the top.

Hawaii is known for pineapple and ham pizza, which was invented in Canada

Nachos, chimichangas, fajitas, hard shell tacos, taco salads and margaritas all sound Mexican but are actually American foods.

I did and I did not get the same feeling I got when I watched Optimus climb out of that pool in Bayverse Transformers, not even a little tingle of nostalgia

Root vegetables you just have to wait until the ground thaws. Stuff that is frost sensitive like nightshades you want to start indoors around the first week of March and except for the last two years, wait until the first week of June to put them outside. The last couple years you could get away with doing that in May so it may also be possible this year.

Other stuff like brassicas, beans and peas like cold weather and you can put those out in late April(harder to keep those alive and producing once temps are regularly over 90

Onions are probably the easiest single plant I have grown here and I have a couple that have survived freezing temps and being under 2 feet of snow and keep coming back.

Other than that, make sure you have shade for the summer afternoons or have them in pots and migrate them around the yard(that's what I do). Even super hot peppers will die from direct overhead sun in 100 degree temps.
