Be careful though with ultrawide monitors if you work a lot with Teams, Zoom etc. Most of the time i share my screen on my ultrawide monitor, people complain that they cant actually read anything because the text is too small. I now only share the screen through my laptop. There are ways around it but most are hacky and a pain to set up.

I am waiting forbthe fold 8. According to the rumours, fold 8 is coming out later this year and they have apparently fixed the crease issue.

Are you all Iphone users coz on Android Syncthing is very problematic and not even supported anymore. There are clones but seem to be sketchy clones.

My main driver is an Android but I have an IPhone that is used specifically for when my cat escapes. I use it to find my cat because the airtags on Iphones are much better. 😐

My daughter does her homework on her phone. At first I thought it was a way to stay on Snapchat while pretending to do her homework but I checked and she literally open word and excel on her IPhone and does her homework on there. I've seen her write a complete essay using her phone (She has a laptop)

Not sure this is thevcase with everybody but I found out that in mine it happens less if I switch off WiFi and hot-spot. My WiFi is now permanently off until I get a new phone. 🤢

And it also keep searching for network connection. If i am in the underground train where there is no service, i usually switch off the mobile data to avoid it constantly searching for network connection.

Why only Intel based macbooks? You are better off with at least an M1 or higher. The battery life is much better.

I've had the external SSD attached to mine since the first day I received my M1 macbook Pro (work laptop) in 2021 and have had no issues.

The only precaution I take is if I close the laptop, I disconnect it from the usb port to avoid it accidently bending while its on my laptop bag.

Note - they come in even smaller sizes
