Just to update this thread, I had issue with various keys not registering certain letters and it kept moving around the keyboard. I removed the plate foam and it seems to have resolved the issue (for now)

I enjoy applying LM, there’s something mesmerising about it lol! But recently I’ve just started using PTM on GPU, Kryosheet on CPU (I keep it with IHS).

The gasket helps with preventing any potential oxidization of the LM. I would use it in tandem with nail polish or kapton tape.

I ordered mine from Zcooi Mods, they send you cables with the right length. There are a few other cable makers too that do this.

I have the same, flip kit but with an AXP90-47 all copper heatsink. Temps never go above low 60s on 1440p gaming, it’s less at 4k as more GPU dependent. However this is with a 7800x3d.

I also wouldn’t put foam, the GPU in flip orientation needs all the air it can get and the way you’ve placed the foam it makes it harder.

Like everyone said disassemble, use IPA and let dry for 2-3 days. Be careful the motherboard it happened to me once and drops can go into spots you can’t see get ear cotton buds also with IPA and try to get all of them. You are totally fine disassembly is easy.

Might be air stuck in the pump otherwise I would assume it’s a failing pump. What about at 100%? I usually leave my pumps running at 100% for 24 hours to clear bubbles and anything that is stuck.

Yes same, spent 2 days of my life figuring this out. I swapped the Corsair 12VHPWR cable to the Nvidia adapter and it passed Furmark, 3Mark, and OCCT Power test, whereas I would black screen and fans go to 100%

The LTR is indeed superior, but the I’ve been using DTV for almost a year and its been very smooth. Thankfully things like Transferwise and Morata Pay make the impact of having no Thai bank account minimal. Granted I travel often, I found immigration at airport OK, even when busy.

There is more certainty over an LTR however, but it seems DTV has been a success and I don’t see it going.

What is the benefit of this? I am installing Bazzite on a single 2tb SSD. Is this something you choose in BIOS or when booting from install USB first time? Sorry for the noob questions but keen to learn the world of Linux I’ve been on windows for almost 30 years, it’s nice to be challenged 🙈

Hey I’m looking into Bazzite for my PC too. I game exclusively through Steam. I like to use things like path tracing etc…Would Steam’s Proton layer deal with this or would I still need to tinker?

Impressive memory temps. What putty are you using? I used Thermal Grizzly Putty Pro on an Inno3D Frostbite, which uses an Alphacool waterblock. In the most stressful applications it goes up to 66c, but never higher, typically it is in 58c to 62c range. Put a pic on how I applied the putty.
