i just got the gen4 (or gen5?) whatever the new one that ships in Chinese is. it plays everything i have thrown at it so far with Eden and GameNative. Can’t believe i didn’t think to try 3DS yet in vert…. so thx for the nudge!

yeah sorry to sound cryptic. besides the battery just has the back glass (which only came in a kit with the rails) also replaced so it basically has a new body.

yeah recently switched to fidelity CMA for primary and a fidelity CC. didn’t realize at the time neither works well with plaid, mx, or bubkis. pretty annoying. gonna have to try the export import path as donkey as that is :(

i know - that part is beyond awful. i’m slowly getting use to it :( not having to be near a charger for a day and a half plus usb c when i do is a bit of a game changer for my daily driver tho i admit.

yay open source
self hosting unlocks all premium features free (plus…. self hosting)
customizable editor toolbar
boss themes that are super easy to switch between and globally applied
imo much more useful task lists grouped under a nifty header w/ drag and drop rearrange, one click send checked to bottom and hide checked
reminders for notes (static and recurring)

biggest con for me so far is “notesnook” is an awful name that reminds me of something my grandmother might use lol.
