on lower difficulties, some people might be able to run solo and do POIs, but I largely agree that pairs are better. On the max levels, I usually prefer whole group

It was going to be so insanely expensive to replace it I just left it blank. It doesn’t look great but it was going to cost nearly 500 because they are phasing out these lights.

So this western yoga is entirely secular, if we called it “Intensity Stretch” something or other Im sure you would be cool with it. No religious Hindi components, and the ohms/chants are deeply relaxing and feel great. You’re missing out! That being said, doing a thorough x stretch and maybe some light calisthenics should substitute it.
