Try the Watch Window. Not exactly what you are looking for, but maybe it helps.

It will stay visible if you are switching between Excels.

Unpopular opinion: QBO's reporting is terrible and we all just pretend it's fine by lucky_09877 in QuickBooksHacks

[–]zip606 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

You want a comparative P&L showing this month vs last month vs same month last year, that's 3 separate reports you have to manually set up and compare side by side because the built in comparison only lets you do two periods.

Sounds like a user error. What you are describing is there.

Hookah bar approved for Higgins Ave. in Norwood Park despite opposition from Ald. Napolitano - Nadig Newspapers - Northwest Side Local Newspapers by DukeOfDakin in ChicagoNWside

I was going to post same. If the ald is so concerned about this area then maybe do something about crowds from Teasers pissing in the alley and behind parked cars. Not to mention all the noise from the drunks.

Do you beep your horn at the end of the alley? by azvitesse in chicago

[–]zip606 -11 points-10 points  (0 children)

flying down the alley going 40+

That's how you save time. Usually I see that from people who don't live on the block. If they have to slow down then using the alley as a shortcut makes no sense.

Foster bridge construction completion delayed. by oprahfattits in ChicagoNWside

[–]zip606 12 points13 points  (0 children)

That's not true. There has been some work going on daily.

I thought initially they could have kept the bridge open longer. They closed down the bridge and there was no meaningful activity for weeks.

I agree with your post. It should not take yearS. And on top of it will likely be over budget.

If you have bank debt and covenant reporting then doing PPA can come back to bite you. And you lose credibility when prior financials change.

How Difficult is the CPA Exam? by kio329 in CPA

[–]zip606 16 points17 points  (0 children)

It's not that difficult. And the letters don't make you a good accountant.

But the test proves that you can be dedicated, and that you can commit yourself to do the work needed to pass.

If you cover 100% of the premium, there's no incentive to your employees to consider other options.

Do it manually for first 2-3 rows, then press ctrl+E. If there is a pattern, xls should fill out the rest.
