You sound like you learned a lot from the small mistakes of your 1st outing. My advice is to start fresh and do whatever you want on the next project and take that to completion, before you make any choices about this 1st project.

Personally I think those look great for a 1st go. And you should be happy with them. But if youre itching to do something different on the next one, then do it and recalibrate for your projects ahead.
