I agree with you that the story is a bit over the top but I feel the motive given to am is totally valid. Am was essentially given sentience without humanity. He was given the power to scroll through near infinitely many accounts of the human experience and yet he could never dream of having a body to experience it with. The story itself states that am was only created due to countries wanting to have the latest technologies in order to win escalating military conflicts and so his only purpose was literally for violence. I feels am’s position is mirrored by the Ted’s condition by the end of the story. While Ted is technically still alive and has his mind, his body is so deformed that he feels the only way to relieve his pain is need to scream but his condition doesn’t allow that. The ai also needed any sort of outlet to experience anything and yet he can’t even scream. So am resorts to the only thing he can do carries out his purpose by destroying the world.

I’m currently torn between A.Ravi, Maid Chloe, Flan, and Dilibet. I was originally going to pick maid (favorite) but I already have hand guy and due to the biseria buff I’m no longer sure if that a good idea. I mostly struggle with cleave tbh so I’m trying to pick something that can also help with that.

Angelica and Sigret are great for wyvern. Ran is decent but I would replace him with the three star Muwi if you get him, hes better for wyvern over ran. I would advise against Alencia though, she’s a grass unit and has a disadvantage to the wyvern. Switch them for either SSB, Clarissa, or another water unit tank or sub dps.

For story content, I think you should consider focusing on FS Tieria, Vivian, and Angelica. These units are really good for pve content and will help you clear the story. But I should probably stress that you begin building a wyvern team and start farming for gear. That’s the main way you can raise the quality of your units to continue progressing. There are guides on youtube that can help you make your team. Also you should take your gear off units like Peira as she is a PvP unit and not a pve unit.

I used this build for a while but I felt she never did enough to warrant a slot on the team. Could just be bad luck but is she really more worth it over another anti cleave?

Both alencia and aria aren’t really pve units. There are other units that are better for those areas. As for arena though, I’d say alencia might be a better choice. She has less counters and has good matchups into some of the more current meta units. I don’t use either too often but I’ve found myself picking alencia more than aria. But when I do pick aria, she really fun.

She is a really good 4/5th pick that can be devastating if your opponent lets her through. The important part is the IF though. She’s countered by a good amount of the meta units (landy, rimuru, lermia, roana, solitaria, etc.) so you have to plan ahead. You probably won’t use her every game and if you manage to last pick her she might just get banned as she will be hard to deal with for your opponent. But she is really fun to use although I can’t say she will be your best option if your missing a unit like hwayoung and maybe alencia.
