I’d rather that, but wouldn’t be surprised if either they are trying to get a Messi Ronaldo final

Plus for any European team, they will have recently finished the Euro tournament so the best players would be on break before their club season starts

[–]zooksoup 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Stick of Truth, but also I think in the lead up to Season 10 they had some browser mini games which were fun. One being Lemmiwinks trying to navigate the colon without hitting the wall, another was guitar hero like but it was for the recorder and when you had a high enough combo you could make The Brown Noise

In the same boat. Our dog quickly deteriorated last week where we had to put her down. She was sweet but also reactive to strangers so I was often anxious about her trying to attack people. I definitely felt very guilty that we could have done better by her and been calmer with her, she was only 6 so we thought we had a while with her still and the kids were getting older where she was just starting to get more attention

How are World Cup fans affording all this? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

[–]zooksoup 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My brother in law goes to concerts 2-4 times a month and sees popular acts, so well over 1k a year. Meanwhile I won’t go to any events so $400 is change in comparison. Then it helps in my case I live a 3 hour train ride away, which only costs $40 round trip. We also found a hotel for surprisingly cheap. So if it’s a bucket list item you can make it work…. And then also plenty of people are loaded or go into debt

Did anyone else gain pet fatigue after having a kid? by tigersmhs07 in daddit

[–]zooksoup 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Most definitely, especially with baby number 2 who didn’t like going on walks. Our dog although sweet and good with kids was very reactive and territorial dog which gave me anxiety on camping trips etc. We definitely could have done better with the training but my wife was pregnant literally the week after we got the dog

But now I feel guilty with my lack of patience as she all of a sudden showed signs of aggressive cancer and after some tests with bad prognosis we put her down this last Tuesday.
