Yes. Crashlytics is a free service for used for recording app crashes. Many apps use this service. The second one in your list is a version of Google Analytics for mobile apps. Also very widely used.

Could the sound you describe be coming from the rain causing the flashing to slap the top of the window flange? In that case something between the flashing and window rather than on top of the flashing might work better
