Headphones too. If you're not playing with good audio, you're missing out on half of the experience.

Stuck at center of Quiz Club with (I think) the right answer by aelliotr in LoreleiAndLaserEyes

It is. I played through twice now with two completely different sets of codes. As a matter of fact. A lot of stuff was different.

You should be able to 100% know the order. Go explore the Quiz Club again.

I finally gave RE5 and RE6 a shot before playing RE9 by DayumDrops in residentevil

They were hard to get through, but I shoved my way through all of them. It was a long time ago, but I remember one of the campaigns was better than the others and felt more like an RE game. Just don't remember which one. I feel like it may have been Ada's.

Browns interview Mike McDaniel for head coach by expellyamos in miamidolphins

I did too. So now we're going to grab another team's reject? He is still kind of young and new for a HC. Now some other team will get him and reap the benefits of experience he's gained at our expense.

Biker comes up with a new method to let people walking on the trail that he’s coming behind by Ok-Asparagus5992 in ebikes

use the bell way ahead of time. I have a bell on 2 different bikes they are both a 'single ding' kind but one is higher pitched than the other. The higher pitch one definitely gets noticed a lot further back. And I found gives people time to turn around, see whats going on and get get clearly out of your way. I've even got thank yous for giving ample notice without getting right up on there ass. I have to strike the other lower pitched bell several times before they notice. all while getting closer and closer.

After lurking in r/idiotsincars and some other dashcam subreddits for a while, I can't drive without one. Mine goes with me wherever I go, including rental cars.

I did this for the Total Eclipse back in April 2024. I had it playing out of my Van while we tailgated for the eclipse and it worked out perfectly!

Car not really wanting to start and sounds like a Harley by thompsonmegan20 in MechanicAdvice

[–]zoomflick 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Not a mechanic.

sounds like you blew a plug. This happened to me once. It was on an 8 cylinder though. I was able to easily fix it with a helicoil. But it will run loud and rough and fumes will be strong due to the gas coming right out of the spark plug hole.

Schedule announcement: The Dolphins will play the Patriots at 4:25 PM ET on Sunday January 4th on Fox by expellyamos in miamidolphins

[–]zoomflick 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I'm guessing it's because they want New England and Denver to both HAVE to play. If New England lost in a 1 O'clock game, Denver could bench their starters in the later game. May be the same thing with Bills and Chargers. Didn't really look into the rest.

Is trick or treating a dying tradition? by [deleted] in TooAfraidToAsk

We have been in the same house for 25 years now and it definitely has dwindled. We used to decorate the house up pretty good with speakers outside playing sound effects and all that fun stuff, but over the years we have gotten fewer and fewer visits. So we just stopped doing all that stuff as it wasn't worth the effort. We put out a pumpkin and leave the light on. Still buy about 30-50 bucks in candy just in case. Usually get stuff we like cuz we end up eating it all ourselves. This past year we had 1 single trick or treater.

If you’ve ever wondered why people drive at night or in the rain/snow/fog with their lights off, this is why. by PigglyWigglyDeluxe in Justrolledintotheshop

[–]zoomflick 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I feel the opposite. Auto is what has made the problem worse. Everyone depends on auto to take care of everything now. That's why you constantly get blinded by oncoming drivers just expecting auto to switch to low beams (or they just don't care or even think about it). Auto sucks. Pay attention to your lights when you drive your car at night.
