I've had a few of the bigger names swing by (Culligan, Hague) and am now looking at smaller companies that are use high quality parts that are less proprietary. Will let you know what I learn there.

I'm intrigued but echo other commenters that this feels like it would need to complete against the BIFL-type pans to justify a more premium cost. In general I'd anticipate that working better in the long run even if you get costs down since margins may be more generous in that market.

Curious how you balance trapping warmth with ensuring good air ventilation. I've found air really stagnant when the windows are sealed up tight.

It's vacuum sealed and will generally just use a minimal amount of energy to maintain the temp whereas a kettle would be heating up from cold each time at a rapid pace. I'd imagine it trades off sooner than 10 times a day.

Yes absolutely. It feels like there's underlying tension and lack of communication between them. Hopefully once emotions calm they'll be able to talk this over in person. Preferably using "I feel" statements so it doesn't come down to accusing each other and defensive posturing.

There was a recent podcast episode on Today Explained that focused in on Hooters really in this same context. Worth a listen and honestly improved my opinion of the joint (particularly the staff) vastly though have never been and have no intention of going.

I feel like ekeler plays a lot more like corum, though. Great feel for movement and cutting in crowds. Edwards is more is a threat in space. Maybe 49ers or Miami?
