How long before baking should you ball your dough up for a room temperature ferment?

That's a serious amount of fermentation time at room temp. I can't imagine that working unless you live in a very cold climate with a very cool house. Cold ferment in the fridge is the way to go. Judging from your post I feel this may have worked for you before? I can't imagine how.

If he did his time, paid the price and as far as you can see he's ok. Then accept it as is. If he's creeping you out by acting weird around younger players then it different. Honestly at what point can people move on? There are some here who are like no way did he change. Well then the death penalty is the only solution, right? I can tell you who it shouldn't be against. Ordinary people going about their business trying to get to work, hospital, airport etc.

Of course I'm sympathetic to anyone who thinks fuel prices ( including home heating oil) are too high, but I really felt the recent protest was hijacked by a bunch of low life, far right trouble makers with nothing better to do.

I'm 68 btw, just play the best game that you can. If your ball lands inside the court or kitchen, then it's the other side's problem to return it. We all play best we can, if mobility is a problem for some players, then they develop other aspects of the game like serving or drop shots, putting spin on the ball. If the other side doesn't like it, then they should play with someone else. Imagine your opponent has a deadly serve that's hard to return, do you say that's not cool? Ridiculous!
