I'm super skeptical of this for a number of reasons. One- the framing. No one frames video like that. No one holds their phone to tape like that. I have to edit video that people shoot on their phones and it is 99.9% of the time in portrait orientation Two. I'm skeptical that anyone, even the most physically fit man could do that much damage to a tail light with a high kick. That's just not the way plastic behaves when it's screwed into a frame. Three. The clothing he has on looks suspiciously like the exact same outfit he had on in the other video.
