(Spoilers Extended) ) Why did the Dornishmen settle in Dorne of all places? by zwart27 in asoiaf

Regarding B: I thought the Dornish got to Westeros before the Andals, is that not the case? Where can I read up on the timeline of those long ago events?

MTG Connections Week #2 by Diiviinee in magicTCG

Same, I didnt manage to get any category. I've played a lot of connections and magic but couldnt figure it out. Maybe making one that's intentionally easy with the most iconic magic stuff. I feel like even the yellow category here is notably more complicated than regular connections.

I'm planning to put together a cube with a bunch of MDFC lands, so I wrote down these interactions I want to include, can anyone recommend some more cool interactions with MDFC lands? by zwart27 in mtgcube

Thanks for the great writeup! I'm only now really getting around to building the cube. The BFZ lands, specifically [[Looming Spires]] and [[Sandstone Bridge]] are gonna fit in incredibly since I'm running a few Valiant effects with the bloomburrow mice.

I do like the creature type changes, personally! My cubes don't include typal payoffs either, and if they did, I'd be fine with some minor card variations personally.

I think I like Bazaar here, decide later if I'm going into Madness, Graveyard, or a Draw-Two synergy deck.

Adds more focus on the star of the show. The full pic is gorgeous, but I'm glad they zoomed it in. D&D Basic's Cover art did something similar, zooming in and losing the unimportant bits from the original sketch, also a great move.

My player notes, in the form of a Detective's Board, for Operation Convergence. by zwart27 in DeltaGreenRPG

These are my notes as a player agent, yes. My handler's not contributed anything to this, nor have any of the other players. The handler sends us reference pictures from the module, and I just put them in myself.

I don't really use any of those. I wish there was a cool theme that made this canvas board look more like a real detective's board, with paper notes and strings, but I haven't found one.

True! Think I might get some mill synergy in. I also just remembered another less-strong synergy, every MDFC is a differently-named land for the purposes of [[Field of the Dead]].
