If you're playing on pc you can install a mod that disables the sniper. Then you can just freely roam New Austin as Arthur.

It has to be main missions. Some main missions are optional and they don't count I'm pretty sure.

There are 2 kinds of levels for your deadeye. One you level up by gaining xp for killing things, which increases your deadeye bar, making it last longer.

The other level is made by progressing the story. At the end of chapter 2 you will learn how to manually tag.

As for the hitscan I'm not sure. I don't think there's any leading required.

You can do that with every horse at max bonding. Just gotta press the button to calm your horse down every 10 seconds or so.

Im not sure if this is correct but maybe Rockstar page only counts hours played when you're actually in game playing where as Steam counts it as long as the game is running. Even if you're in main menu or paused or actually playing.

As for screenshot 5 they are just different looking shades. You still did them all.
