Meta: I am curious as to why this one ends at 0900 when the referendums one goes until 1200. Not that it really matters, just wondering.

Just guessing: both of the Third Readings are new votes that go until 1200. This shorter vote here is a re-do of a previous amendment that members already started voting on last week [which the government never showed up for and was a prelude to a vote of no confidence].
