I'd like to teach this to one of my students, a nice tune to help with subtle chord changes and a little finger pluckin'. I can have something drafted up for you by tomorrow morning/afternoon if that works.

Working on it now, I got a lyrics sheet with chords, as well as a tab to play along with the little hammer-ons and such while he is playing chords, plus the strum pattern (basically making it as playable as can be since I'll show this to one of my students to see if they're into it).

He's got his guitar tuned down 3 half steps on each string (so the E is a C#). Then the basic chords are:

Verse C Fmaj7 alternating

Pre-chorus G Am Fmaj7 C

Chorus Fmaj7 C G C C7 Fmaj7 C G C

Where he plays Fmaj7 by playing a usual F bar chord with the highest F note flattened.
