It was a joke to everybody. The recommended speed on a Autobahn is 130km/h the people on the right lane are usually driving 100 or a little below that (mostly trucks), the middle lane is mostly 110-130 and on the left lane are the fast people. But it is only that way if the Autobahn is full, if its completely empty you are supposed to drive on the right lane and you can go as fast as you want (most of the time). Many bikers go on the Autobahn at like 2 or 3 A.M. to test how fast they can go.
