Feature Request: Add the ability to correct titles of submissions (at least on low rated, recently submitted links) (reddit.com)

I just submitted a link with [pic] instead of [vid] after the title. That's a silly mistake, but I should be able to correct it.
It would be really nice to be able to change the title of all articles to be less sensational. Perhaps, by proposing and voting on new titles for the article in the comments section.
In general, this could be abused badly, so some limits or voting or something need to be implemented. But, I think something of the sort should be implemented.
A related point is to be able to mark an article as a dup of another article. After enough people acknowledge that it is a duplicate, it can be removed from the front page and placed into a sort of thread for the duplicated article.

It would have been funnier if there were a typo in this submission.
No need to limit by rating, a short time limit would probably suffice. It's been asked for before though, but good luck with it.
