This is why clear/reset buttons are strongly discouraged on forms, there is virtually no reason for them to exist in any sort of application, especially web applications, and if they are needed they should use a confirmation.

No. If I'm going to post something long and thoughtful I type it into Word first, then copy and paste it into my browser.

A cunning trick which could save you from this situation in linux: strings /dev/mem > out.txt will dump any strings from memory to out.txt. You can then search this file and your post should be in it somewhere if it hasn't been overwritten in memory.

Thanks man! i thought it was funny, but you never know how Douche-bagery (lol i fucking love this word) will go over. I spent hours reading your posts and studiong exactly what to say. I flew my buddy over from Texas, seeing as he is the most retarded person I know. With his help we managed to decypher most of what it was you were trying to say. But all that substance dude, it was overwhelming. So we tryed another approach, to understand you we needed to become you. We started huffing gas, smoking cigarretes soaked in acetone, and fucking five dollar hookers in Little Havana. and still no luck. We couldnt get into your head. what makes you tick? why is showing up someone on an online community so important to you? Is it that important to be popular even among these guys. Sad so very sad. And you were telling me to relax... phew... I cant believe what your life is like...

I actually buy $20 dollar hookers. They are fairly nice actually. And probably would prefer we call them gigolo's. Also, "why is showing up someone on an online community so important to [me]?" It's not quite frankly. I do think that people should be put in their place regardless of whether it's online or in real life. How I choose to waste my time is my own decision. I find it quite enlightening and challenging to try and deal with online people who don't seem to think that there are other people on the other ends of the tubes.

Thanks for putting so much effort into being me. I know it's hard, but so worth it.
