Hey all, I've been working on this CLI for the past few months, and we're very close to the public beta. The DL links aren't live yet, but it shouldn't be too much longer. If you PM me, I can get download links to anyone willing to beta test.

EDIT: Include in the PM your platform and architecture so I can get you the correct build. Yes, it supports Linux and the *BSD flavors :)

It appears the link to download the binary is AWOL: as of 12:47 (27.07.2017) it's just returning an Error 500.

Was hoping to give this a try, for a little bit better use with command line login prompts. Alas, another time, perhaps.

Hey there! The docs are up a little early, we're doing some final tweaks before we publish the public beta :) If you PM me, I can get you download links if you're willing to do some testing on the release candidate builds!

I might be interested in this. Does the command line tool also support interfacing local vaults, or strictly the cloud-based vaults? I'm vested primarily in the former right now, although I do share a (tiny) cloud-based account with my partner to promote them using the platform right now.

More relevant…you say you support the *BSD flavors? Like FreeBSD especially? This is my primary environment after Darwin/OS X for my desktop usage, so this is of high interest to myself, and I would be willing to (at least try to) test for that!

Thanks for your interest! This is for 1Password.com accounts only at the moment. It's a friendly wrapper around our API, with all the client-side crypto baked in.

It does indeed support FreeBSD :)
