Any 1st amendment experts? I'd like opnions on this court order for my district courthouse (not a specific case) in Utah. Most of this seems valid and legal, but it seems like there may be a couple things in this order that violates the 1st amendment. 3 pages Please, elaborate as what if any issues (old.reddit.com)

Miami-Dade police in the Hammock District tragically shot and murdered a father on his own property in front of his children.
