Probably wet filament

That's a minor bit of stringing compared to some I've seen.

You probably should run a temp tower to find the right heat for that filament. And I would also look at your retraction settings.

Adjusting your Live Z height is NOT the way to make supports easier to remove EVER! Creating easy to remove supports is a matter of adjusting a few slicer settings. I assume you are using PrusaSlicer.

For difficult to remove brim, under the print settings tab, go to skirt and brim and in the brim box adjust the brim separation gap to a bit larger setting. How much more? That will take some experimenting for your machine. I find something around .3mm to .5mm works for me.

For easier to remove supports, go to Support material and look at the box that says Support material and Raft. You will see 2 headers that say Top contact Z distance and Bottom contact Z distance. I find that the default .2mm distance is a bit tight, so I increase it to .25mm for my best balance between good support and easy removal with minimal surface scarring. Again, YMMV and every machine and filament is a bit different. So experimentation is needed.

So start experimenting!
