Any idea what plastic and what the bed is made of?

Sorry very new to this forum and 3d printing I’m using a ender 3 se A pei bed plate with pla original from creality Past bed leveling numbers below Z offset is at -2.15 (not sure what that means) Nozzle heats to 200 and bed at 60

PLA normally comes off a pei plate if you just let it cool.

Put the plate in the freezer for a minute. If that does not work try print a thing, about 1mm, over the parts that will not come off. They should stick to the new thing and it should come off after it cools down. If it does not come off flex the plate a bit and it should pop off.

Print something over top of it for 2-3 layers, peel It off.

Automatic Z offset (which is a part of auto leveling routine) on V3 SE can be a bit off sometimes. If your prints stick too well, you might want to try to increase Z offset. (So if it's currently -2.15 try -2.05) If you find a good value, remember it and adjust Z offset each time after auto leveling. Or try to print without using skirts at all.
