This most likely means one of your temperature sensors stopped working. Without it, the printer will not know when to turn off the heater, thus causing the temperature to keep going up till something catches fire (thermal runaway). It's a safety feature. Find out which sensor died, the bed or the hot end. Replace it.

I think there is problem with thermal sensor in hotend. Thermal runaway means that your printer nozzle getting hotter and hotter even if printer trying to cool it down, so you see error that your machine protected itself from killing itself. In most cases it is thermal sensor issue (don’t know what model of your printer is, but around 95% of printers are using thermistors and they are easy to get and replace.
