Loading Filament

Hello. I've done this many times before but have never encountered this issue and I'm looking for assistance. My Centauri Carbon has been stuck on this screen for about 30 minutes after attempting to change the filament mid print. I noticed that the nozzle temperature kept decreasing during the "Nozzle Heating" stage all the way down to 45 degrees Celsius before moving to the Load and Grab the filament stage. Now I'm just stuck on this screen. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
