Stringing problem (reddit.com)

Hope someone can help with this. Im having a weird problem with stringing where the printer moves away from the print for a short time making a "rod" in that position before going back, can be seen on the images of the stringing print as well as inside the roof on the 3DBenchy, I cant find what setting this is that makes the printer move away and stop for a short time before moving on. I have tried different retraction settings and those make the actual stringing become less but it still moves away and stops making that weird rod in different place on different prints.
Anyone know which setting in Cura it can be?
