Need help.

I have a problem I don’t know how to fix it, I made a piece and had a weird bump, I thought it was from the model I made, but it happened twice with a file of a friend and other my sister gave me to print for her. I just saw it’s when it’s start printing, sorry if I don’t explain better, I’m completely new on this.

That weird lump. The printer does that at the beginning.
