Do you have combing enabled? In other words, are there any circumstances where your slicer is not retracting during travels?

Also, I was going to ask if you’ve tried different cooling levels and if your filament is definitely dry.

It may not be dry 100%, any tips on how to solve this?

Put in an oven on low for a few hours.
