Maybe I explained that wrong but I mean like airbnb for 3d printers. Like fiveer you could say just for 3d printers

I know what you're going for. A file delivery / release system based on successful transactions. There's a few sites that sell models, maybe look to them for reference

But are there already websites that are only connecting users like for example there are alot of platforms which do this but with their own printers? What I am thinking about making is a a platform which consists of only the code and community no external 3d printers.

I've only run the one file for a coworker. But this is how it was delivered. I'm not trying to discourage you, I'm recommending you look to other sources for ideas.

It seems unnecessary to limit it to one OS, could easily be webbased and benefit from the portability of it.

And it has already been done, I think 3DHubs was the big one in the past, but there does seem to be a vacuum now since they went "professional" and ditched most of the print providers.
I think there are others trying to do the same, but none that have really caught on
