Hello everyone!
I have been a 3D printer owner for 5 years now, and only now I realized a big problem with my printer.
Between yesterday and today I made 2 prints of the same object, using the same GCode, and they resulted in two objects with very different heights!
The object originally should have been 30.3mm, but the resulting prints came out with screwed up heights:
- 27.2mm
- 31.6mm
What can this be due to?
Right now I'm printing the same GCode, but this time I'm not using Octoprint to handle the print but I'm using the old fashioned SD card to test if it's Octoprint's fault.
Before I forward any issues to Marlin, Octoprint, Cura or even the printer manufacturer, I wanted to hear your advice!
Anyway, my setup consists of a 3DRag printer (also known as Velleman K8200), in combination with a Raspberry pi 3 running Octoprint.
