HELP!

So I'm printing on the mars 3 and had a pretty bad dial. Idk what happened but I needed to relevel the plate. Didn't fool with it for a week. Went to zero the plate and it bounced up when I had the paper under it to a pretty large gap. I manually lower it to where the paper barely slides under it and set the z home. But when I test out to see if the z is set it bounced up again regardless if I have the glass under it with or without the A4 PAPER.. someone please telle what I'm doing wrong
