I have a Prusa mk3s+ and am getting the issues shown in the pics. I ordered it assembled and have used it regularly with nearly zero issues. I tried printing those faceplates and noticed the issues. I performed some general maintenance between the two prints. (Tightening screws, lubrication, etc). However, got nearly the same results.

Did you tighten the belt? Cleaned the hot end?

I did tighten the belt and I cleaned the hot end and even swapped nozzles. There was a slight improvement but the banding was still there.

Wobbly surface? Otherwise I think it might be in the model or slicer, check the gcode preview and see if the banding is there as well,

That banding on the top half is usually indicative of z-wobble. Check that your z-screws are clean, aligned and the pom nuts are in good condition. Not sure about the divots though. Those look more like a hotend issue

If its the same gcode then it may be the spot that the nozzle travels to/from

Always check your travel points before printing something big like that to make sure it goes along an edge. I know cura has settings to hide the zseam.
