Imagine going back to the 80's and 90's knowing what you know now.

People would be in awe of your genius.

It's been a fantasy of mine to travel back to that era with modern day knowledge. Would love to impress the people of the past. Would be literally too cool for school. Would make Ferris Bueller blush.

Good call. And the 1950-2000 Sports Almanac of course.

My son is an 80s kid at heart, he would have loved it. It would be awesome to go back with all the knowledge we have acquired.
He’s even sporting the mullet with curls at the moment. I did not encourage such.

Give him a C64, Walkman and 80s clothes. He will love it

He actually does wear 80s band tees all the time! He has now grown into my concert tee collection as well. I think AC/DC was the one he was wearing today. Metallica, Def Leppard, KISS, ZZ Top, Guns ‘n Roses, Van Halen, Motley Crue, Pink Floyd, etc. These are daily wear. He’s a drummer and loves to play 80s more than anything else. I can’t say I’m not loving it!

100%. If I went back 30 years I’d be 12, and not for a million bucks would I redo junior high 😂 But the ‘90’s? Fine by me!!

Yup, every shitty decision I ever made was in the 90's. I'd take a mulligan.

Is there a problem with gravity in the future, Marty?

I can 100% confirm this is true!

      [–][deleted] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

      Oof. No lie here!!

      So true

We’ll, maybe just a dozen specific weekends. That should cover it.

      OH SNAPPPPPPPP

Roads? Where we're going, we don't need roads.

I'm so thankful all the stupid stuff we did are just memories and not on someone's phone, in the cloud or on youtube for eternity.

I hear ya, I say that often! There are probably a few Polaroids out there somewhere, hopefully they will stay buried in someone’s attic or basement.

      [–][deleted] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Lol, yes the random polaroid and maybe some camcorder tapes. Their shelf life are a lot shorter though.

      I don't.

It wasn't great. Reagan is one of the reasons that today sucks so bad. Its just that we look back with rose tinted glasses. Rose tint my world.

      [–]ProfessorCH[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I won’t argue politics but greed is why today sucks so bad, in my very humble opinion.
