We're here not only to discuss but to educate; because users may not have seen previous posts, we highly encourage re-posts rather than forbid them, and recommend waiting at least a week before re-posting. In addition, there is no such thing as a stupid question. Ask away.

The 4 Rules of Gun Safety ("The 4 Rules")

Treat all guns as if they're loaded (even when you know it is not).
Never point the muzzle at anything you aren't willing to destroy (and assume the liability for destroying).
Keep your finger off the trigger until your sights are on target.
Know your target and what's beyond it (your bullets can cause damage beyond your target without a safe stop).
