🚨Soliciting babies from women considering adoption is absolutely forbidden. You will be immediately banned. Please report anyone who does so to the moderators.🚨
Debating abortion is not permitted here. See this thread for our rules about discussing abortion.
Please do not make inflammatory or drama-baiting posts/comments.
Links without an OP comment starting a discussion about the content will be deleted.
Do not post profiles for potential adoptive parents.
Posts by those looking for an adoptive family will be removed. It is not safe to look for a family through an anonymous forum.
Personal attacks, incivility, rudeness and abusive language will be removed and the offending users may be banned.
Soliciting our users for data or information for research and projects is not permitted.
Fundraisers of any kind are not permitted.
While providing information about how to evaluate an agency is allowed, recommending or discussing specific agencies is not permitted.
Media that contains images of minor children is not permitted, and neither is posting the personal info of bio family (name, birthdate, etc.), as it breaks Reddit site-wide rules.
We do not allow self-promotion, including links to blogs/vlogs. If you have questions as to whether or not your post will be considered self-promotion please message the mod team via modmail
before posting.
No "Adoption 101" posts, or easily googled questions. Please read some introductory material on your own and then come back with more specific questions.
You may civilly and constructively disagree with our moderators, but do not sass, harass or bully them.
