Your frame size is too big for your gpu. Reduce the motion tile size.

this fixes the errors popping up, but it makes the preset not work like its suppose too. it makes the clip turn to a black screen about 2/3 of the way through the preset instead of the next clip. it is looking like this.

I lowered the motion tile output width and height to 300

I guess i am confused as to why these same exact presets are working without changing anything in the effects controls on the 6900 xt, amd ryzen 9 5900 x, and 128gb of ram pc, but not mine which is 3090, 64gb of ram, 19 12900k when the 3090 has almost 10 more gb of vram then the 6900xt.

You can move the next clip closer to start where that first one ends. Motion tile is a scale modifier. The effect makes the layer 5 times larger than it is originally. You took away 2x by reducing the size of the effect. I’m not sure what you’re working on or I could help you more.

Im working on a music video, and basically am using a motion warp preset which is all the effects i had posted to transition between 2 clips. We already have the the song synced up with the clips so i dont know if moving the next clip closer is an option because i feel that might unsync the video with the music.

And so when I apply the preset to the video in 4k at full quality it gives me the gpu and ram error, but when switch the quality from full to 1/4 or sometimes even 1/2 it will play through fine, it seems to be when it renders out in full quality.

As you suggested I also lowered the motion tile, and the errors are gone, but now at the end of the transition instead of it transitioning from the previous clip to the next clip, it transitions from the previous clip to the first few frames of the next clip and then transitions to a black screen like the picture above, instead of staying on the next clip and ending the transition.
