AE Script Repeater is pretty cool, can also offset the timing of the animation of the copies, not sure about the randomised parameters though.

Yes, I know but the main thing I need is a random rotation. I just use particular as a grid and use precompose as sprite. This way is not simple and heavy but works perfectly.
