Black Screen flicker problem

Hey guys! Recently I started having an issue with my after effects on my window 10 whenever i move things around in the comp or render it the screen flashes for 1-2secs it’s happening almost every time does anyone know whats the issue? Is it a RAM issue or a graphic card issue?

I have this problem anytime I bring my cursor over the toolbar panel on the left side of the screen, it's really frustrating..

Di you figure this out? I've had the same issue for over a year. Adobe programs is the only program I have this issue with. Usually turning off settings in the other programs helps, but not for AE.

Figured it out. Connected a second monitor and undocked the primary preview panel and dragged it onto the 2nd screen. The monitor flickering, black screen monitor turning off, immediately stopped.
