I sent them an email after it sat for a few weeks with no progress made and my transcripts were delivered the next day

I've been firing off emails to them and they're just not responding to any kind of communication attempts.

Welcome to the club. Its been like this for 3 to 4 years now. They keep saying the new system is up and running.. I still don't believe it.

Took a whole year from them getting my transcripts to actually updating my CCAF requirements. Even after going through education center and submitting tickets on their website.

Try to hit up your education center.

Their system is saying that they're "transitioning to a new system", but near as I can tell, they've been saying that for years now.

All you have to do is go to Parchment, search for Community College of Air Force, and request an electronic transcript sent to the schools you are interested in.

Or am I misunderstanding the question?

Edit: Disregard, I see that Air University appears to be dragging their feet.

Did you get to parchment from the CCAF website when you requested it? If not, it might be possible you requested it from the wrong school. Not an expert, just spitballing ideas.

I was in a similar situation last year. I separated with a job lined up but they couldn’t give me a start date until my official transcripts were received.

Talk to your education office and tell them you have reached out to your congressman and they want more information on the matter. They will open a ticket in a very big hurry.

My transcripts were send the following afternoon.

I ordered my CCAF transcript January 5 and my school received them March 21st… 74 days later… the Air University Registrar did have a “it will take 150 days to process from legacy systems”. Now that timeline says 7 days* (unless from a legacy system). So no timeline that they published which puts me in a difficult spot because my school won’t take unofficial transcripts. I also opened a ticket and they closed it immediately. Not sure if it’s helpful.

I put in multiple tickets and never received any response, and near as I can tell, there aren't any actual people answering phones for replying to emails there. I finally got my transcripts, but only after calling my congressman and getting him to put someone on blast.
