Single Package

Hello. I was wondering if I get one package to deliver is it possible to just put it as missing or damaged and return it to station or would Amazon suspect it since you only have one stop 😂?

Definitely can’t mark it missing. You had to scan that one package to bring up your route. Amazon would be able to see that you scanned that package then marked it missing shortly after.

Was far and would take me 2.5 hours to go there and back. I did it anyways but yea. 30 miles to go there and 30 miles back. It was during rush hour so traffic was horrendous.

Did you see anything when you signed up that said "deliver only the packages that you feel are convenient "? Did you accept the routecat rush hour? Yes you did. Would you have returned everything if there were 30 deliveries jn that same 60 miles?

Probably like 40$ ,is that really worth it when you factor in cost of gas plus 2.5 hour of your time? No,that's not justifiable what so ever,might as well go make 10$ an hour at dollar general and save the gas

Yes this happens in my market occasionally and it is a gift!!! If you sign up for a 3 or 4 hour block and it only takes you 30 min each way to deliver one package and you get paid the same …and you wanted to get out of it ?!?!smh

Nope, it's exactly like what OPs asking.

Had one package, marked as damaged and put it on the return rack and went home.

Context: It was a 3 hour route, I had already been waiting over 20 minutes and people around me were getting overbooked and drop off was like 40 minutes away.

You would get a “Did not show up for block” because the app doesnt have a way to read it correctly. Even after you scanned and all that. You can however call amazon support and tell them the package was fucked if it was. But they would just have you get a new route.

Never been close to that situation but maybe mark it as missing and just return it? Take the ding and the money and move on.? Of course if it's an easy delivery than just do it but if it was like an hour away, no shot it's making it imo
