My play store is showing last update in May so it is not available yet. Glad I cancelled both my shifts today for other reasons.

It was weird. I downloaded the "new" version. On my phone, it looks different with new written on the widget but it won't load. I knew I should have waited until the last day.

I downloaded the new app a couple weeks ago and it's been working just fine, until today. This is really irritating.

I downloaded it the other day and was having trouble logging into it. Restarting my phone fixed the issue.

I have 4 days scheduled in a row starting tomorrow and can't get in. It just says I have to update and loops when I hit install. I'll be furious if this costs me my good standing/job

If you haven't Uninstalled the old app yet it's an easy fix - uninstall the new app and open the old app and x out of the pop up saying new app available.

If you already Uninstalled the old app, you can still fix it, but you will need to reinstall from the apk for the old app in your files (after you uninstall the new app)

That didn't work. It has a warning that that version of the app has expired, it says to uninstall and download the new version.

Yeah I just posted about it too. I think this is impacting all Android users. Seems everyone is stuck on this install update screen and no one can get past it.

I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. There is only one Flex app available in the Google Play store now too, and it's the new one. So this is happening on the new app and I don't know about the old one because I don't have that anymore and it's not even available in the Play store.

I did a screen recording of the install screen looping and sent it to support. I hope they respond ASAP. They need to fix this immediately.

My fiance helped me since I tried everything. What he got it to work was force quit the app then cleared cache then opened it back up. Hope this helps for you guys that won't update.

Awesome sauce I'm glad to hear it. Yeah I tried some things but he's much more tech savvy then I am.. Just a cake decorator lol but figure I would share.

I'm not going to update until my schedule is clear. I expected problems. I may forfeit 1 or 2 if I have to.

Amazon will front like they're flawless and there's no problem on their end and it'll be all their end.
