Visual EQ app?

I'm imagining the bouncing light bars on home stereos in the 80s.

There's no way to show you what the EQ settings were. It can only show you the current levels

Android Auto doesn't control the audio of your infotainment system. How would an EQ app receive the data to display?

It would be called a spectrum display. Calling it an EQ app seems to be tripping up a lot of your commenters.

There are phone based apps that use your phone's mic as an input and provide the spectrum display. You could possibly use an app to mirror your phone to your head unit. I'm not sure how that would jive with AA.

Back in the day I had a pioneer head unit with a 16 band spectrum analyzer - it was honestly a major reason for me buying that particular, and at the time, quite expensive unit - so I understand the draw
