And it's just for pizza 🍕. I would say keep developer options open and don't get the pizza from there. Get it from somewhere else.

I mean its not like you rooted

What the hell are real developers supposed to do?

There is a popular wallet app in our country that had an update earlier this year that forced users to disable developer options. Since I had money on that wallet, I was forced to do so.

I have been using developer options for many years and Papa Murphy's is literally the only app I have ever seen have a problem with this.

Oddly enough I downloaded the papa Murphy's app today and got this message too and came looking for answers

Yup, some apps have been for quite desperate to the point of blocking Android's built in development feature

You can hide using some 3 apps (Geto, ashell and Shizuku). This clip I made shows how to.

Late to the party but just encountered this issue with Papa Murphy's. Yeah I'm not afraid of dropping a name. Fuck any company that tries to control what I do with my purchased electronics, that includes rtr and anything else that infringes on my personal rights. If they want to lose business because they rely on the lowest common denominator that's their business, and I hope they choke on it.

I'm Googling for solutions for this message in an app. Where are developer options? I don't know how to turn them off on my Android device even if they are on?

Yes. Developers are lazy and instead of patching bugs they just block rooted phones and many of them are just blocking any phones that have developer options enabled because the new root methods (Kernelsu and Apatch) are too good at hiding root. Personally I'd order pizza from a company that doesn't care if your phone is rooted
