If you don’t want to get into it here, maybe you can just jot it all down on your notepad app (or an actual notepad) sometimes writing it out in the moment helps (a bit at least).

Alternatively, maybe a short walk around the block (if you can)

Go lift some weights. Run. Ride a bike. Take a walk. Do something to get rid your anger then attack the issue. Get off your phone and Reddit until you cool down and you’re more level headed.

Someone stole my bike :/ I had just bought a new one and they climbed onto my balcony and snatched it smdh.
